The firm was originally established in 1991. We practice mainly in the areas of bankruptcy and family law but also can do wills, trusts and estate plans. I am a member of the Florida and Georgia Bars and have been practicing since 1989. My associate Dan has been practicing since 2004. I am a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Orange County Bankruptcy Association, the Central Florida Bankruptcy Law Association, and the prestigious Central Florida Family Law Inns of Court.

We handle simple to complex individual and corporate bankruptcy; simple to complex divorce and other marital and family law issues and wills, trusts and estate planning. We have been practicing in these areas for a long time and are not newcomers to these practice areas. Bankruptcy consults are free; other consults involve a minimal consult fee.
